"This is our second custom grille order from Reggio. We ordered a much larger one this time and fortunately we were able to get the same design as the previous ones ordered. We appreciate the quality and the offerings of sizes, styles, and finishes Reggio offers. This current one is a 24" x 24" opening that will be on a wall so it had to be attractive as it isn't invisible. Reggio came through with an attractive piece that isn't aggressive when you walk by. Appreciate the optionality."

"Why was it necessay to have 6 holes in the grille defies my logic. The old had one on each side and it worked fine! Hole placement complicates installation unnecessarily. Neither the number of holes or their placement along the perimeter of the grille was described on the website. And, very expensive."
