"Despite a production backlog, I was lucky enough to talk to a customer service person onsite. She was fantastic and explained to me their entire supply chain (I asked) that was in fact, local! Mom and pop shops to slightly larger businesses in Pennsylvania. The products were shipped promptly and look great. I’m definitely a customer now."
