"Quality A+ unfortunately after speaking to a human 3 times wondering why the product was taking so long , several weeks , confirmed that they weren’t scamming me but realized my order wasn’t as ordered in finished color . Corrected this with the nice lady on the phone and was assured it would be corrected. I then received a message explaining how busy and due to high demand, my order was going to be delayed even further. Eventually it did arrive in the wrong finish , the product is impeccable quality but the time it took to receive made me question to the point of making calls . To have it shipped after conversation assuring it would be Stainless Steel and having it show up wrong was very disappointing."

"Ordered a black toe kick grate and received white screws. Other than that the build quality seems outstanding. The finish also feels and looks to be of good quality."

"The finish is extremely textured, which was not indicated in the product listing or visible in the photos. This texture is inconsistent with the modern styling and so pronounced that it will be difficult to keep clean. We are now considering other options."

"This vent is absolutely gorgeous, well built and feels heavy duty. It matches perfectly with our newly renovated kitchen and floors and I am really pleased with it. The only drawback is that it took a while to receive even though it was not a custom order so be aware if you are on a timeline. See, I ordered the vent 6/5 and on 7/20 I received an email saying my order was preparing for shipment and on 7/28 I received it. Customer service was extremely prompt and courteous when I inquired about a status update."
