  • Standard Manufacturing (Laser-Cut Steel and Laser-Cut Aluminum)
    • These items typically take 3-4 weeks to manufacture.
    • Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
    • Expect delivery within 1-6 business days, depending on your location (see FedEx Ground Zone Map below).
  • Expedited Manufacturing Option
    • Need it sooner? We offer an expedited production service that reduces your manufacturing time to just 2 weeks for an additional 25% rush fee.
    • Here’s how expedited production compares to our regular timelines:
      • Laser Cut Collection: standard 3-4 weeks
      • Custom Orders: standard 4-6 weeks
    • Please note, expedited manufacturing does not apply to Quick Ship items and affects production time only—shipping duration will depend on your selected delivery method at checkout.
    • To take advantage of expedited production, you can:
      • Place your order online, then contact us to add the rush option.
      • Call or email our customer service team directly to place an expedited order.
